If you have an improvement to Bacula source code the best way to submit it is to open a Feature Request (or bug report) at http://bugs.bacula.org/ system with a title something like:
[PATCH] Implement better restricted console help command
then attach the patch to the bug report.
Also attach a “Copyright Assignment Agreement” from you or your company that is available at:
www.bacula.org -> General -> Licenses then scroll to the bottom and read about the Copyright Assignment Agreement (CAA), download the document from the link:
print it, fill it out, sign it, and attach to the bug report.
